Full Managed Service AI Application
With our AI applications as a full managed service, we offer our customers the possibility to use the advantages of AI in a productive environment in a secure and controllable way. The offer is primarily aimed at customers who do not have their own AI development or do not have sufficient resources in this area. We flexibly adapt our vertical range of manufacture to customer requirements. It ranges from the provision of an AI application from our existing use case portfolio, through bring-your-own models, to complete new development as part of a professional services engagement. Regardless of the vertical integration, our customers are accompanied by a Success Delivery Manager and Engineering Support for the duration of the engagement to ensure safe and reliable operation and consistently high performance and analytical quality.
We build and maintain the AI applications using our fully automated proprietary build pipeline, which consists of a Model Artifactory, a Software Artifactory, and a Compiler & Optimizer (see figure).
Full Managed Service AI Appliance
With our AI Appliance, we offer our customers the possibility to focus on the efficient development of their own AI applications and to operate them sustainably. In the AI appliance, our proprietary build pipelines are integrated as-a-service and thus offer not only access to extensive and constantly growing AI model and software libraries (artifactories), but also end-to-end tools for deterministic generation of AI applications optimized for the target platform and use case. This sustainably relieves the data science and development resources of our customers and enables them to fully concentrate on innovation and very fast development cycles to generate product-ready AI applications. The AI appliance can be operated both in the cloud and on-site in the data center. In addition to access to the beebucket Innovation Hub, we also provide our customers with a Success Delivery Manager as well as Engineering Support to provide quick and uncomplicated remedies in the event of problems or disruptions.
Our AI appliance is based on open standards and can be flexibly integrated into the customer environment (see figure).
Professional Services
With our Professional Services we support our customers in consulting, development and transition of new AI applications or in integration, commissioning and hands-on training for the AI appliance. Our focus is on project feasibility and efficient development cycles. Therefore, in the pre-sales phase, we place great emphasis on sound consulting and initial analysis of the use case and the available data. The following figure shows the individual phases as well as the typical services we provide in each project phase.
